Data Conversion
Converting from an existing case management system to ServicePoint is a simple task thanks to Bowman Systems’ Data Conversion service. Utilizing the XML standard, database information can quickly be exported from a legacy system and imported into ServicePoint. Bowman Systems technicians will work with system administrators throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition.

Records Maintenance
Mistakes will happen and Bowman Systems is here to clean them up. When clients lose track of their information (e.g. incorrect data processing or faulty data), the Records Maintenance team is ready to dig in and sort things out.

Site Customizations
Flexibility and customization are just two of the hallmarks of ServicePoint’s quality. Users are actively encouraged to alter and manipulate the software to suit their needs. Occasionally, however, a niche or client-specific feature might not yet be available, or the user might not have the time or resources to develop and implement it in-house. To that end Bowman Systems keeps a running tally of Feature Enhancement requests from its clients. With each new upgrade-release of the software, more and more of these Enhancements are incorporated as standardized options. Should a client require an immediate customization, Bowman Systems’ Rapid Development team can custom-tailor the software to that client’s needs.

Custom Reports

Bowman Systems takes great pride in its Advanced Reporting Tool (ART). The fully-integrated ART allows ServicePoint users the ability to run more complete and more complex queries over the web, faster and easier, while still retaining the user-level security settings required by individual organizations. Customized reports produce more accurate data, which can result in the discovery of trends or gaps in service delivery, improvement in operational efficiency, and refined statistics to empower fundraising efforts. Templates exist for common reports and all users are encouraged to create and share others, but should a client lack the time or resources to design a customized report, Bowman Systems’ ART team is available for assistance.
